Join us the at Ellerbe’s, a James Beard Semi- Finalist restaurant to highlight the art and mechanics to deliver elegantly innovative Farm to Table cuisine. What to look for in produce, how to cook with the best seasonal values, the freshest local and seasonal ingredients. We have invited one of the farmers drop in to share his wisdom.
Co-owner Richard King, a sommelier, will pair food served with selected wines and impart his expertise.
