The Fort Worth Garden Club (FWGC) was organized in 1926 with the expressed purpose of cultivating a broader knowledge of gardening, horticulture and design, to advocate for the protection of the environment, and to support the Fort Worth Botanic Garden.

General Membership Information

The membership of the Fort Worth Garden Club consists of three (3) categories: Active with a limit of 550 members, Associate with a limit of 125, and Life Members.

Active Member may vote and hold office, has full benefits of membership, pays full dues

Associate Member has been an Active Member for 10 years or longer, may not hold office or serve on the Board, pays reduced dues.

Life Member membership is an honor bestowed on an Active Member of 20 years or more, who served on the Executive Committee, served as President or given valuable service to the Club. Nominations to this status are made to the Life Membership Chairman.
