Your password must be at least 11 characters long, contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one special character and one number.

If you are going to use dictionary words, consider changing the vowels to numbers, like November24 would be N0v3mb3r24! with the “o” being a zero and ending with the exclamation point for the special character requirement.

Examples: use 1 for I (eye), 3 for E and 8 for A, but you can use whatever convention is easiest for you to remember.

In an effort to speed up the website, it was moved to different hosting over the weekend. The migration has caused some passwords not to work, based on some of the special characters within the passwords, like Avoid these for the moment: ' " & ( ) !.
